People in the Legal Practice

Emily is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and has more than 10
years of experience in the Legal profession, with a focus on banking,
finance and capital market transactions. She holds an LLB from The London School of Economics and an LLM from the University of California in Los Angeles, and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the College of Law in London. 

Prior to joining the firm, Emily trained and worked for three years at a
Magic Circle firm in London, during which time she undertook a secondment at the firm's office in Milan as well as a secondment with a City bank, qualifying in the Banking department. Upon relocating to Cyprus, she worked for six years at a leading law firm practicing mainly in banking and finance, capital markets, and corporate law. She then joined a
Cyprus Credit Acquiring Company which had acquired and managed a portfolio of loans and real estate assets, where she held the position of Head of Legal for two years.
