Michael Tsikouris
Advocate/Partner - Head of Legal Practice

Michael is a Partner and Head of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Bristol, an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from LSE, and is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

He specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising on corporate governance matters, joint ventures, shareholder disputes, and (cross‑border) mergers, reorganisations, conversions and re‑domiciliations, as well as international group and debt restructurings.

Michael has extensive experience advising multinational groups across the energy, oil and gas, metals and mining, retail, transportation, technology, private education and real estate sectors. He also leads the firm’s Data Privacy and Employment Law teams and advises HNW families on international succession planning and trust structures.

Michael leads the Cyprus Government project for the Modernisation and Amendment of the Cyprus Companies Law.
