Michael has obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Bristol, UK and an LL.M. (Master of Corporate and Commercial Law) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) - University of London.

Michael is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus. He specialises in Corporate and Commercial Law with particular emphasis on (Cross Border) Mergers and  Reorganisations, international  group and debt restructurings and transactions.  He has also special interest in Employment law, Shareholders’ Disputes (including Court Litigation), Corporate Insolvency and Data Protection.  Michael also offers lectures on Company Law with PwC Academy and has been a part-time lecturer of Business Law in European University (Cyprus).
