Panayiotis has more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of corporate and banking and finance law. He holds an LL.B (Hons) (University of Leicester), LLM in European Union Law (University College London), and he qualified as a Barrister in England. Prior to joining the firm he has worked for two other law firms in Cyprus advising corporate clients and financial institutions on a broad range of matters. He has also worked as in house counsel for a local financial institution and also worked for the public sector for the Attorney General's office. He is admitted to practice law in Cyprus. 

Panayiotis advises in the areas of corporate law and banking and finance, representing companies in domestic and cross border transactions. He has worked on a number of high value financing transactions advising major European and CIS financial institutions. He also advises on matters pertaining to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder disputes. Panayiotis is fluent in Greek and English.
