FAQs - High School Leavers Scheme

Before Applying

Is there a different career progression for high school leavers Vs university graduates?

All routes offer you the same deal. Progression is based on exam and work performance, regardless of the entry route.

Are university graduates assigned to better projects than high school leavers?

As a high school leaver you will have the opportunity to continually develop. Just like our university graduates, depending on work performance you will be assigned on challenging client projects, which make a real difference to the world of business.

Will it hinder my career in case I decide to leave PwC in the future if I don't have a university degree?

PwC is a great place to start your career, and if after you complete your high school leaver programme you decide it’s time to move on, having the number one professional firm on your CV will definitely get you noticed.
