People in the Legal Practice

Ioanna holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Surrey and an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial law from Queen Mary University of London. She is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ioanna completed her vocational training and worked as an advocate in the corporate department of a leading law firm in Cyprus. Ioanna specializes in corporate and commercial matters more specifically in relation to company and business acquisitions and sales, joint ventures and corporate reorganizations and restructurings.  

Ioanna is fluent in English and Greek.
