Theodosis is an Associate of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. He obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Manchester and is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

Theodosis has a particular interest in litigation, acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. He assists in advising local and international clients on corporate and commercial matters, including corporate transactions, restructurings and general corporate law issues. He is committed to developing his expertise and providing practical legal support tailored to clients' business needs.
