Tatiana is a Senior Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She obtained an BA (Hons) in Communications from the Université d’Ottawa, Canada, followed by an LLB (GDL Conversion) from BBP Law School, London and has completed the Legal Practice Course from the same institution. Tatiana is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

Tatiana specialises in Employment Law and manages the Firm’s Employment Law team in Cyprus, advising local and international organisations on a wide range of employment and workforce-related matters. Her practice focuses on supporting employers in managing workforce risks, maintaining legal compliance, and implementing practical people solutions that align with their business objectives.

Tatiana advises on all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, workplace policies and employee handbooks, performance and disciplinary matters, restructurings, business transfers (TUPE), collective redundancies, post-employment restrictions and facilitating out-of-court settlements. She also assists organisations in navigating complex workplace issues, supporting business continuity through proactive legal and HR compliance strategies.

Tatiana’s experience also extends to corporate, commercial and real estate law, enabling her to provide integrated support on matters where employment considerations intersect with broader business and commercial objectives.
