Melina is a Senior Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She obtained an L.L.B from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and an MBA from Imperial College, University of London, United Kingdom.

She is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Melina specialises in corporate law and regularly advises clients on international group restructurings, finance transactions (loans, securities) and acquisitions (due diligence, joint venture agreements). She also advises clients on real estate transactions.

Prior to joining PwC, Melina gained extensive experience working in international finance institutions/investment banks, where she developed a deep understanding of cross-border financial operations. This background has contributed significantly to her expertise in advising clients on complex financial and corporate matters.

She has also passed the CYSEC AML and the CYBAR/ICPAC AML exams.
