Minas is a Senior Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Essex and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Commercial Law from City Law School, London.

He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Minas specialises in corporate law with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of corporate matters. He has advised clients in all forms of corporate restructuring, including corporate reorganisations, EU cross‑border transactions, third‑country redomiciliations, the establishment of new corporate structures, corporate insolvency, and international group and debt restructuring transactions.

Additionally, he also has a strong interest in commercial law and has advised clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including employment, intellectual property, competition and contract law.
