Laden is an Assistant Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She obtained an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and completed the Bar Vocational Course at City University London. She qualified as a barrister in England and Wales and was called to the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Laden is also a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

Laden specialises in private wealth advisory. She advises high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices and multinational groups on succession planning, family governance, wealth and asset‑holding structures (including trusts), family law matters connected to private wealth and related corporate arrangements. She also has in depth expertise in Corporate and Commercial Law.
