Demetris is a Senior Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. He obtained an LL.B from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, followed by an LL.M. (Corporate Governance) from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Demetris is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

He specialises in corporate and commercial law and advises on matters pertaining to corporate reorganisations, cross-border mergers, acquisitions, cross-border conversions and debt restructuring of international and local groups. He also has an expertise in General and Tax litigation matters and he successfully advised and represented clients before the Cyprus courts.
