Charalambos is an assistant manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. He holds an LLB from University of Salford, United Kingdom and an LLM in International Business Law from Newcastle University, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.

Before joining the firm, Charalambos gained extensive experience working at a reputable law firm in Cyprus, handling a wide range of pre-litigation and litigation cases across multiple areas of law. His practice areas included, but not limited to contract law, commercial law and civil litigation.

He specialises in corporate law with an emphasis on group reorganisations and restructurings, including domestic and cross-border mergers. He also specialises on M&A transactions, including conducting due diligence and drafting sale and purchase agreements and shareholders’ agreements.
