Annabelle is an assistant manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She obtained an LL.B from King’s College London, United Kingdom, and an LL.M from the University of California, Los Angeles. Annabelle is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and is also admitted to the bar of the state of New York.

Annabelle joined the firm as a trainee associate and, upon completion of her training, remained with the firm. She specialises in corporate law with a focus on international group restructurings. Over the past years at PwC, she has advised clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, with particular emphasis on redomiciliations and cross border conversions. Annabelle also has a special interest in the private education sector and has advised clients on various private school law matters.
