Angelica is a Senior Manager of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus with more than 10 years of professional working experience with the firm. She obtained an LLB from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. Angelica is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association. Angelica has also qualified as a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

She specialises in M&A transactions, having regularly provided advice in intra-group reorganisations and restructurings and on banking and finance related transactions. She also specialises in competition law matters, regularly advising on merger control requirements and assisting with merger control filings with the Commission for the Protection of Competition in Cyprus.

She is a member of the Global Antitrust Network of the PwC Legal International Network.
