Andriani Nikodemou
Advocate/Senior Associate

Andriani is a Senior Associate of the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus (with distinction) and an LL.B (Hons.) from the Queen Mary University of London. She is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

She specialises in Data Privacy and Digital Law, advising private and public sector organisations on compliance with European and national data privacy and digital legislation, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy Regulation, the Digital Services Act and the EU AI Act. Her practice includes providing data protection officer support services and advising clients on complex, cross-border and technical data privacy law matters. She also has experience in performing data privacy gap assessments, DPIAs and transfer impact assessments, drafting data processing and transfer agreements, and handling data subject rights requests and data privacy incidents/breaches.

She is a member of the AI Law Expert Group of the PwC Legal International Network.

Before joining S.A. Evangelou & Co LLC, she gained academic and industry experience in AI, software engineering and IT compliance at PwC Cyprus, the University of Cyprus, the Austrian Centre for Digital Humanities, and the Southern Denmark University.
