Andrea is a Senior Associate within the PwC Network Legal Practice in Cyprus. She holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Manchester and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University College London. She is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association.

Andrea specialises in corporate law and financial legal services and regulations. She has experience in providing legal services relating to the establishment of alternative investment funds, the drafting and review of agreements and has also provided legal support to entities regulated under the Cyprus Stock Exchange. She has also worked on corporate restructurings, including reorganisations and mergers and acquisitions.
