To be eligible for the Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The primary founder or a significant portion of the founding team must identify as female.
  • Ownership: A percentage of 60% of the company must be owned by women. 
  • Leadership: The startup should have women in key leadership roles, such as CEO, COO, or other C-suite positions. 
  • Board Representation: A percentage of 60% of the board of directors should be women. 
  • Only one of the above needs to apply. 
• The startup must be a registered company with a developed product or service and be in the early stages of generating revenue.
• The company must demonstrate potential for growth and scalability.
• The business should be based in EMEA countries.
• A minimum of one employee must commit to full-time participation in the Programme, attending all workshops, mentoring sessions, and networking events.

The Programme is offered free of charge, though a fee will apply if the startup does not actively participate in scheduled activities.

It culminates in an exciting demo day, where you'll showcase your business and innovations. The winning team of the demo day will receive a special prize!

After the completion of the Programme, participants will continue to receive support designed to sustain their growth and development. This includes the following:

1. PwC Global Network Access: Continued connection to the PwC Global Network of industry experts, corporate partners and fellow entrepreneurs for potential collaborations and partnerships.
2. Alumni Community: Membership in our alumni community, providing opportunities for networking, learning and sharing experiences with other successful entrepreneurs.
