Korina graduated from Cardiff University obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Corporate Law with Distinction from the University of Leeds and a MSc in Taxation from the University of Oxford. She is a barrister at law in Cyprus since October 2019 and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus.
Korina specializes in the indirect tax and legal framework with extensive knowledge of the Cypriot and EU VAT legislation as well as the newly implemented VAT framework in the Middle East. Her areas of expertise include the provision of VAT consulting/advisory services, VAT rulings, representation of cases before the Tax Tribunal as well as the review of court applications on VAT disputes. She is also involved in the preparation and delivery of both internal and external Indirect Tax related seminars.
