Significant Awards for PwC Trainee Accountants

PwC’s trainee accountants achieved excellent results in the 2017 examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Awards were achieved by 10 PwC trainee accountants, confirming the organisation’s commitment to provide its people with the highest level of education, helping them make the most of their talent and capabilities.

The trainees were honoured for their achievements by PwC Cyprus, at a special event, in the presence of PwC Cyprus CEO Mr Evgenios C Evgeniou and the Head of People Mr Philippos C Soseilos, which took place on 19 April 2018.

More specifically, PwC’s trainee accountants achieved the following Awards:

Alexey Vorobyev: First place amongst the top 3 Affiliates in Cyprus and first place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Governance, Risk and Ethics’’ in the December 2017 examinations

Christos Markou: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Advanced, Audit and Assurance’’ in the December 2017 examinations

Marios Gkikas: Third place amongst the top 3 Affiliates in Cyprus in the December 2017 examinations

Ekaterina Burnysheva: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Financial Management’’ in the September 2017 examinations

Ekaterina Konovalova and Maria Syricha: Joint first place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Governance, Risk and Ethics’’ in the September 2017 examinations

Eleonora Theodoridou: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Performance Management’’ in the June 2017 examinations

Valeriia Sukhikh: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Audit & Assurance’’ in the June 2017 examinations

Vasileios Fragkiadakis: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Advanced Performance Management’’ in the June 2017 examinations

Georgios Goumenos: First place in Cyprus in paper ‘‘Advanced Audit and Assurance’’ in the June 2017 examinations.
