Kevin Ellis Senior Partner and Chairman of PwC UK and EMEA Cluster Leader visited Cyprus within the framework of the Altitude training programme, underway in November and December. During his stay on the island, he visited PwC headquarters in Nicosia where he met the organisation’s partners.
All PwC staff had the opportunity to attend Mr Ellis’ presentation and submit questions concerning the new world trends and challenges ahead for the organisation. Mr Ellis referred to PwC’s vision and how it can be achieved by pooling resources on the basis of a joint strategic plan. “The aim of our organisation is to build relationships based on trust and to contribute to the significant problems facing society. We are a leading organisation that always stands by its clients and knows well how to offer them value. Current world developments make it necessary, more than ever, to continue to support companies and our clients in everything they consider important to them. Technology plays a significant role and we are duty bound to adapt our services and the limitless potential of technology to the needs of our clients.”
Mr Ellis concluded by praising PwC Cyprus for its leading position in the professional services sector and its active role in the network through the election of PwC Cyprus CEO Evgenios Chr. Evgeniou to the leadership team of the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
It is worth noting that Mr Ellis met prominent personalities from the political and business scene and exchanged views on the challenges and opportunities in the professional services sector and the wider economy.
