In these uncertain and challenging times, I wanted to personally communicate with you on what we are doing in PwC Cyprus to support you and the action we take to stand by you.
As the situation around the COVID-19 pandemic evolves we have to take necessary measures to mitigate the impact of the pandemic while we continue to support you by doing all we can to minimize business disruption. At the same time we tirelessly work to support our community.
At PwC the health and well-being of our people, clients and associates is our top priority. To safeguard the health and prosperity of our clients and people, we have decided to work remotely and to cease all international travel and physical meetings. Our offices remain open to provide the necessary logistical support to our teams. According to the Government policy it will not be possible for those of you based abroad to visit us in Cyprus.
In taking action we are following the instructions of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, the guidelines of the World Health Organisation and best practices from our Global Network.
Our technology capabilities and working procedures & practices serve us very well in these circumstances. As our teams change the way they work and interact with you, our focus and priority remains unchanged: to service you with quality, integrity, dependability and reliability. Our ISO certification on business continuity means that we have plans in place to ensure that we can continue assisting you under any circumstances.
We appreciate that this is a time of concern for you as you take care of your people and you work in safeguarding your organizations.
