The spread and usage of social media and blogs is continually increasing among internet users providing individuals and organisations with access to real time information and opportunities for enhanced communication.

Responding to this new trend, two seminars were organised on Tuesday, 5 July 2011 with guest speaker Mr Stefanos Kofopoulos, a very well-known Greek blogger who introduced social media (facebook, twitter, and LinkedIn) and provided practical information on how to create and promote a successful blog.

The event was addressed to journalists from all local media as well as to our partners and directors providing them with valuable information regarding the professional potential provided by social media.
